Agreed to delegate authority to the Executive
Director (Resident Services and Climate Change), in consultation
with the Executive Director (Finance and Transformation) and
Executive Member for Environment, to
 
a)   
conclude negotiations with Pearce Recycling; and
 
b)   
enter into a directly awarded contract with Pearce Recycling
subject to successful conclusion of negotiations and all consortium
partners obtaining approval for direct award.
