a)   
Noted and agreed the mobilisation plan for the rollout of food
waste recycling (Phase 1) and enhanced recycling at flats (Phase 2)
as set out in this report.
 
b)   
Agreed delegated authority to the Executive Director (Finance and
Transformation) and the Executive Director (Resident Services and
Climate Change) to agree the purchase of a new recycling vehicle as
set out in this report.
 
c)   
Agreed delegated authority to the Assistant Director (Legal and
Governance) to complete the FCC Streetscene contract variation, with the Assistant
Director (Public Realm) to deliver the new waste collection
services at flats.
