procurement of a contractor.

approved the virement below,
 
•      
Increase AHP New Schemes budget by £1.72m
•      
Increase Haseldine Meadows budget by
£2.25m
•      
Increase Lockley Cresent budget by £1.75m
•      
Decrease Burfield budget by £5.720m
 
c)   
acknowledged that the Burfield development would be revisited as
part of the Affordable Homes Programme review following the
redevelopment of Howlands House..
 
d)   
approved the disposal of Hazel Grove Garage site in accordance with
the delegated authority for disposals within the constitution.
