Cabinet:
 

a)   
Noted the Statement of the Chief Financial Officer on the
robustness of budgets and adequacy of reserves.

b)   
Noted that the amounts set out in the report for the year 2026/27
were set in accordance with regulations made under the Sections 31A
and 31B of the Local Government Finance Act 1992.

c)   
Approved the budget proposals set out in the report and noted that
any comments from Overview and Scrutiny Committee would be returned
to Special Cabinet on 20 January 2026 for consideration before
final recommendations made to Council.
