1)    
To commence a procurement for specialist cleaning services
(including; graffiti removal, blood and bodily fluids, drug
paraphernalia, disinfecting bins rooms)

2)    
The contract will commence on 1st June 2026 and continue for 2
years with two optional extensions of one year each

3)    
The tenders will be evaluated 50% on price and 50% on quality
