Cabinet resolved unanimously to:
 

a)   
Subject to the modifications recommended in the examiner’s
report being agreed, the Welwyn Neighbourhood Plan should proceed
to referendum; and,
 

b)   
Should the Welwyn Neighbourhood Plan receive a majority vote in
favour at referendum, Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council formally
‘makes’ the Welwyn Neighbourhood Plan, to enable it to
form part of the Development Plan, to enable it to form part of the
Development Plan for the Borough; and,
 

c)   
Authorisation be given to the Assistant Director for Planning to
take all administrative and publication steps to implement this
decision. Including, in consultation with the Executive Member for
Planning making any minor factual or consequential changes required
to reflect the Examiner’s recommended modifications.
