Cabinet:
a)
Noted and approved the revised Affordable Homes Programme
priorities and acknowledged the expansion of the Affordable Homes
Programme.
b)
Granted delegated authority to the Executive Director (Place) in
consultation with the Executive Director (Finance and
Transformation) and the Executive Member for Housing for the
appointment of Phase 3 garages sites contractor, to the maximum
contract value set out in the Part II report.

Granted delegated authority to Executive Director (Place) in
consultation with the Executive Director (Finance and
Transformation) and the Executive Member for Housing to enter a
pre-construction services agreement for the Peartree Lane
redevelopment, to the maximum contract value set out in Part II of
the report.

Acknowledged that the garage sites Elm Drive, Birch Drive and Lamb
Close will not be progressed as part of the AHP and each site will
be assessed for either retention or disposal.
e)
Previously approved the disposal of Hazel Grove garage site in
December Cabinet. This report highlighted that this disposal on the
open market would occur next financial year.
