Cabinet resolved unanimously to:
 

a)    
Agree to make a direct award to H Taylor and Son (Brockley) Ltd
trading as RS Sailing for the purchase of the 18 sailing boats
 

b)    
Agrees it is to the advantage of the Council that the Contract
Procedure Rules are waived to facilitate a direct award.
