Cabinet resolved unanimously to:
 

a)    
Agree the Terms of Reference and notice for publication as set out
in Appendices 2 and 3 respectively are recommended to Full Council
for approval.
 

b)    
Agree the consultation questions as set out in Appendix 4 are
recommended to Full Council for approval.
 

c)    
Delegated authority to Executive Director Finance and
Transformation, in consultation with the Executive Member
Governance, to approve any waivers of the Council’s Contract
Standing Orders to appoint external resources to support the
process.
