Purpose

To note the revenue financial out-turn position and approve movements to and from earmarked reserve

RESOLVED

Cabinet resolved to:

a)     Note the revenue outturn position for 2025/26

b)     Approve the movements on earmarked reserves as detailed in Section 2.6 of the report and delegate authority to the Section 151 Officer to amend the Business Rates Retention Reserve as required post-audit of the accounts

c)     Give the Section 151 delegated responsibility to adjust the 2026/27 budget for items of income and expenditure rolled forward through external reserves

d)     Note the position on debts set out in Section 4 of the report.
