To consider award of contract for the Council’s digital platform

Decision

To award the contract to Jadu Creative Limited for a three-year term, commencing on 11th September 2026 for the following services:

·        Renewal of the council's existing Jadu Digital Platform and associated services for a period of three years; and

·        Implementation of Agent-Ex Search, an AI-powered website search capability

at a total contract value of £426,744, procured through the Back Office Software 2 (BOS2) Framework.
