Decision

To enter into a PCSA with BCL for the procurement, design development and delivery of Howlands House. The delivery of 44 new temporary accommodation units and office space following a successful quality and cost competitive tender process. The total figure for PCSA is in appendix as £107,400.00. The initial scoring matrix shows BCL won both quality and cost.
