Decision

1)     To award a contract to Maydencroft for the construction of a bund at Caponfield and Cole Green Way in Welwyn Garden City

2)     That the Chief Executive agreed that a direct award can be made in accordance with section 33.2(h) of the Contract Procedure Rules.
