Cabinet resolved to:

a)     Confirm Hertfordshire Building Control will fulfil the Building Safety Levy function on behalf of the Council.

b)     Agree the allocation £111,800 of new burdens grant, made up of £60,500 (capital) and £51,300 (revenue) to Hertfordshire Building Control to support with set up and running costs of the Levy, as Hertfordshire Building Control will fulfil the BSL function for the Council.
