Resolved that: to approve the acquisition by West Berkshire District Council of the freehold land at Tull Way adjoining Bowling Green Road, Thatcham, shown edged red on the contract plan and forming part of title number BK42648, for the purpose of delivering flood attenuation works pursuant to the Land Drainage Act 1991.

This decision is eligible to be ‘called-in’.  However, if the decision has not been ‘called-in’ by 5.00pm on 22 September 2026, then it will be implemented.
