·         Agrees the Council’s membership of the RCC

·         Authorises Legal Services to make any necessary amendments to and when finalised seal all agreements required to give effect to the above and support delivery against the expectations of the DfE with relation to the Wellbeing and Schools Act 2026.

This decision is eligible to be ‘called-in’.  However, if the decision has not been ‘called-in’ by 5.00pm on 2 October 2026, then it will be implemented.
