Corporate Consultative Group

The Corporate Consultative Group (CCG) is a forum for West Lancashire Borough Council to consult with its employees through recognised Trade Unions regarding employment terms and conditions.

This advisory group, comprising councillors, officers, and trade union representatives, discusses and makes recommendations on employment matters. It aims to ensure clear communication of council policies to employees and provides a channel for employees to raise issues. The CCG does not have decision-making powers and excludes specific individual employment issues already covered by existing procedures.
