About
The Thriving Places Committee is responsible for delivering the 'Thriving Places' theme of West Lindsey Council's Corporate Plan. This includes overseeing priorities such as enabling inclusive local growth and regeneration, delivering homes to meet local needs, and supporting clean, green, and safe communities.
The committee's remit covers a range of service areas, including strategic housing, spatial policy, economic development, markets, tourism, business support, antisocial behaviour, public protection, environmental issues, waste management, and planning and development. It also addresses housing strategies and any other functions related to the Thriving Places theme.
