The Executive Director of Transport approved the Getting About in Thornbury Full Business Case and the drawdown of £2,172,490 of CRSTS capital funding to South Gloucestershire Council. The Chief Executive Officer approved the drawdown of £500,000 of EDF funding.

The Director of Finance, Investments and Commercial accepted a grant award of £26,174,059 for the Zero Emission Bus Regional Areas 2 scheme and approved entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Department for Transport.

The West of England Combined Authority Committee delegated authority to the Director of Place to approve the Full Business Case for the Distribution Hub, allocated £5m of Investment Fund capital to create a Nature Recovery Fund, and noted the intended receipt of £868,500 of Funding for Local Remediation Acceleration Plans revenue grant. The Committee also noted the intended receipt of £200k of revenue funding from Homes England and delegated finalisation of its allocation and use to the Director of Homes and Regeneration. Authority was delegated to the Executive Director of Transport to enter into a grant funding agreement with First Bus through the Zero Emission Buses Regional Areas award, and oversight of ZTEC funding was delegated to the Executive Director of Transport.

The West of England Combined Authority Committee approved change requests for schemes within the Investment Fund programme and agreed to allow the West of England Combined Authority, Bath & North East Somerset Council, Bristol City Council and South Gloucestershire Council to move CRSTS risk budgets between CRSTS projects.

The Director of Operations approved final allocations to Adult Skills Fund providers for 2026/27 totaling £15,738,633 and awarded a further £248,421 to City of Bristol College as part of the Construction Skills Package.

The Director of Bus Operations awarded a contract to Atkins Realis for up to £52,000 to undertake a review of Bus Information in the West of England region.

The Director of Finance, Investments and Commercial signed a new grant funding agreement for Further Education Teacher Industry Exchange Phase 2 grant funding of £152,039.35.
