That the Executive Director of Transport:

1)      Approves the increase the Somer Valley Links overall allocation from £22.66m to £24.989m, split across multiple phases with further cost breakdown below by Bath & North East Somerset Council. This includes increased Full Business Case budget of £7.338m.

2)      Approves the descoping Midsomer Norton and Westfield Full Business Case and delivery.

3)       Approves that Somer Valley Links Phase 1b delivery is removed from scope and only the designs remain funded.
