Director of Delivery & Operations approved the continuation of a grant funding model for Phase 2 of Connect to Work from April 2027 to March 2030. This includes continuing a mixed delivery model with a regional prime provider and specialist VCSE partners, alongside employer-led delivery. Strengthened grant management, performance management, and assurance arrangements will support this continuation.

Director of Operations approved the reprofiling of £80,000 of Community Energy Fund into the Great British Energy Community Fund. This decision also included additional grant awards to Totnes Renewable Energy Society and Nadder Community Energy.
