Decision

That the Director of Bus Operations:

1. Approves increase in Transport Levy grants for Community Transport schemes listed below, totalling £432,149.35, to cover operations for the final 6 months of the 2026/2027 financial year. Values are listed in the table below.
2. Approves delay of “Delivery of Community Transport” milestone from 30 Sep 2026 to 31 March 2027 for all such grants.
3. Approves increase in Concessionary Reimbursement budget by £259,791.81 to cover the final 6 months of the 2026/2027 financial year.
4. Approves £17,296.50 to be spent as contingency on Community Transport.
