Small Schools Task and Finish Group

The Small Schools Task and Finish Group was established to review West Sussex County Council's approach to planning for changes affecting small schools. It aimed to scrutinise proposals and make recommendations.

The group was responsible for reviewing the council's selection of schools and options for future changes, maintaining contact with the Cabinet Member and Director of Education and Skills, and considering stakeholder representations and evidence. Its work culminated in recommendations presented to the Children and Young People’s Services Scrutiny Committee.
