Purpose

The County Council wishes to
complete all arrangements for the transfer of functions from the
former Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) to the County Council and
the other upper tier Councils.

Decision

The Leader has given authority to the
Executive Director of Law, Assurance and Insight on matters to
finalise the transfer of Local Enterprise Partnership
functions.
