Purpose

The County Council has been
awarded £1,797,149 of Consolidated Active Travel Funding
(CATF) (£1,248,535 capital and £548,614 revenue) from
Active Travel England.
 
The proposed spending plans for
the capital element of this allocation will be sent to Active
Travel England, though confirmation of the grant conditions
are still awaited.

Decision

The Cabinet Member for Highways and Transport
has:
 
(1)        
approved the addition of £1,248,535 to the capital programme
and the schemes and spending plans in appendices A and B; and
 
(2)        
delegated authority to the Assistant Director (Highways, Transport
and Planning) to award subsequent contracts.
