That the Assistant Director (Highways,
Transport and Planning), having considered the objections to the
proposals, authorises the Executive Director of Law, Assurance and
Insight to make the Traffic Regulation Order as advertised and for
the restrictions (as set out in section 2 of the report) to be
implemented.

This proposed non-key decision by an officer will come into effect
on the date of decision shown below unless a request is received
from the local councillor(s) prior to that date, via the contact
officer shown in the report, for the decision to be made by the
Cabinet Member for Highways and Transport.
