Decision

The Executive Director of Adults' Services and
Health has approved the award of a new contract to provide Direct
Payment Support Services (DPSS) from 1 April 2026, at a price of
£0.348M per annum for an initial five (5) year period with
the ability to choose to extend by up to twenty-four (24) months or
two separate one-year (12-month) periods.

Authority for this decision was delegated by the Cabinet Member for
Adults’ Services in Key Decision AS6 (24/25) for the
re-commissioning and procurement of Direct Payment Support
Services.
