Purpose

In May 2024, the Cabinet Member
for Support Services and Local Government Reorganisation
agreed to commit resources to implement a new cloud-based
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution called Oracle
Fusion.
 
As part of the emerging
operating model, following the go-live of each element of the
system, the Council will require managed service provider support
from a specialist supplier to -

provide technical and functional support for the
system
·                    
continue to monitor and drive adoption among
users
·                    
assess and deploy system updates
·                    
monitor and measure business outcomes
·                    
drive continuous improvement and
innovation

Decision

The Executive Director of Human Resources,
Organisational Development and Communications, in consultation with
Executive Director of Finance and Support Services, has approved
the award of contract to Version 1 Solutions Limited (Company
number 03438874) with a contract term of 05 January 2026 – 31
August 2028.  The total contract award
value is £1.115m.
