Purpose

In May 2024, the Cabinet Member
for Support Services and Local Government Reorganisation
agreed to commit resources to implement a new cloud-based
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution called Oracle
Fusion.
 
As part of the emerging
operating model, following the go-live of each element of the
system, the Council will require managed service provider support
from a specialist supplier to -

provide technical and functional support for the
system

continue to monitor and drive adoption among
users

assess and deploy system updates
·                    
monitor and measure business outcomes
·                    
drive continuous improvement and
innovation
