this building, formerly a children and family centre, accessed
through Pound Hill Junior School.
 
The report is about the County
Council granting a lease arrangement to Sussex Community NHS
Foundation Trust (SCFT) for the former Pound Hill Children and
Family Centre, Crawley Lane, Pound Hill, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10
7EB, on commercial terms as set out in Appendix A (for Members
only). 

Decision

The Cabinet Member for Finance and Property
has approved that –
 

(1)    
the County Council grants a new seven-year
lease of the former Pound Hill Children and Family Centre
subject to contract and agreement of final terms, as set out in
Appendix A (for Members only); and
 

(2)    
authority is delegated to the Assistant Director (Property and
Assets) in conjunction with the Executive Director of Law,
Assurance and Insight to negotiate and conclude the terms of the
lease.
