Decision

In June 2025 the Cabinet Member for Support
Services and Local Government Reorganisation approved
(SSLGR02(25/26)) the commencement of the procurement process for
the provision of Agency Workers Recruitment Services. As part of
the decision the Cabinet Member also delegated authority to the
Executive Director (Finance and Support Services) to award the
contracts to the successful provider.

The procurement process has now concluded, and the Executive
Director of Finance and Support Services has approved the award of
a single contract as follows: -

A contract to Comensura Limited for Agency Workers Recruitment
Services for the initial period of 3 years, which is due to
commence on 1 January 2026, with the potential to extend the
contract for up to 1 additional year. The value of this contract
award is around £22.5m per annum.
