Purpose
The
Council Plan

against the targets within the Council

Decision
The Cabinet
Member for Finance and Property has approved:
1)
That the County Council grants a new lease of part of the 4th Floor
Parkside, Chart Way, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 1RL and 12 parking
spaces at Parkside. The lease is to be
granted to The Secretary of State for Health and Social Care on
behalf of United Kingdom Health Security Agency, subject to
contract and agreement of final terms, as set out in Appendix A
(Part II for Members only).
2)
That authority is delegated to the Service Director (Property and
Assets) in conjunction with the Executive Director of Law,
Assurance and Insight to negotiate and conclude the terms of the
lease and rent deposit deed with the proposed tenant.
