Purpose

The
Council Plan

Decision

The Cabinet
Member for Finance and Property has approved:

1)         
That the County Council disposes of its freehold estate at the
Former Fire Station, Povey Cross Road, Horley, West Sussex, RH6
0AE, as set out in Appendices A (Part II) and B of this report.
2)         
That authority is delegated to the Service Director (Property and
Assets) to conclude the terms of the sale contract and transfer
with the purchaser.
