Decision

In accordance with the Officer delegation in
the previous Key Decision, the Service Director (Property &
Assets) has approved a reduction in the minimum price per net
developable acre to be incorporated in the promotion agreement.
This is on the basis that the figure represents a minimum sum
achievable (not necessarily the actual sum achievable on the
eventual marketing of the site at a future date when a satisfactory
planning approval has been obtained) and also that it is unlikely
that WSCC would be able to agree a higher minimum price with an
alternative party.
