Purpose

The County Council as Waste
Disposal Authority has the statutory obligation to maintain and
manage its closed landfill sites.
 
A procurement exercise has been
undertaken to provide two contracts for:
 

Gas maintenance and
environmental monitoring services
Estate management
services

 

Decision

The Assistant Director (Environment and Public
Protection) has awarded two three-year contracts to MM Enviro Ltd,
which will start on 1 April 2024, with options to extend each
contract for a further two periods of two years, at a total cost of
£1.169m.
