Decision

Following a competitive tender process compliant with, the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, the Director of Public Health has approved the award of the contract for the West Sussex Oral Health Promotion Service for Children and Young People to Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust (SCFT).
The contract will commence on 1 September 2026 for an initial period of three years with the option to extend for up to a further two years.
