It is recommended that the Service Director (Highways, Transport and Planning), having considered the objection, authorises the Executive Director of Law, Assurance and Insight to make the Traffic Regulation Order as advertised, and to implement the proposed restrictions as set out in Section 2 of the report.
This proposed non-key decision by an officer will come into effect on the date of decision shown below unless a request is received from the local councillor(s) prior to that date, via the contact officer shown in the report, for the decision to be made by the Cabinet Member for Highways and Transport.
