The Cabinet Member for Environment and Climate Change took a Key Decision to delegate authority to the Service Director (Environment and Public Protection) to directly award a contract to collect recycling and general waste from the West Sussex County Council Schools and the Corporate Estate Buildings.

The Service Director (Environment and Public Protection) has used this delegated authority to directly award a framework contract to the current suppliers under the existing framework contract.
