Purpose

This report advises on the
outcome of the marketing of the former Warninglid Primary School
and is about the disposal of the County Council’s freehold
estate. Offers have been received and the property will be sold to
the preferred bidder. 
 

Decision

The Cabinet Member for Finance
and Property has approved:
 

(1)    
that the County Council disposes of its freehold
estate at the former
Warninglid Primary School, Slaugham Lane, Warninglid, Haywards
Heath RH17 5TJ (as set out in the plan attached at Appendix Bof
this report) to the preferred bidder; and that
 

(2)    
authority is delegated to the Assistant Director
(Property and Assets) in conjunction with the Director of Law and
Assurance to conclude the terms of the sale with the
purchaser.
