Purpose

West Sussex County Council has

premises, this includes a duty to undertake recycling. To meet this
duty of care, waste and recycling collection arrangements are in
place for sites, provided under a contract that expires on 30

The contract awarded in 2021
was to ensure that the County Council continued to meet its
statutory duty and was initially for a three-year period to 30
September 2024. Within the contract award there was an option to
extend the contract for a further two years.
