The Investment Board approved the West Yorkshire Home Energy Loan (Phase 2) scheme to proceed through decision points 2 to 4, with £6,974,412 in funding approved on 16/07/2026. The board also approved that future approvals would follow the outlined assurance pathway, approval route, and tolerances.

The Combined Authority Board approved the calendar of meetings for 2026-27 on 25 June 2026.

The Governance and Audit Committee noted the external audit update report from Forvis Mazars on 02 July 2026.

The Transport Committee approved the withdrawal of the "Your Next Bus" SMS service from 1 April 2026, subject to appropriate communication and mitigation measures, on 29 January 2026. Additionally, the West Yorkshire Supply Chain Programme was approved to proceed through decision points 2 to 4, with £2,000,000 in funding approved.

The Combined Authority Board approved the Bus Reform Fleet Provision scheme to proceed through decision point 4, with an additional £90,559,183 in funding approved, bringing the total approval to £121,526,206 on 30 July 2026.
