RESOLVED: – That the Investment Board, subject to conditions, in reference to 4.19 of the report:

  1. Approved that the Business Support Infrastructure (Ecosystem) scheme proceeds through Decision Point 2 to 4 (as a Strategic Outline Case) and that work commences on Activity 5 (Delivery).
  1. Approved Combined Authority funding of up to £7,000,000 for the Business Support Infrastructure (Ecosystem) scheme, with a total scheme value of up to £8,926,703.
  1. Approved that future approvals for the Business Support Infrastructure (Ecosystem) scheme are made in accordance with the assurance pathway, approval route and tolerances set out in the Business Case Summary attached to the report.
