(1) Approves, subject to conditions, that the Toller Lane / A6177 junction improvement scheme proceeds through decision point 4 (full business case) and work commences on activity 5 (delivery).

(2) Approves Combined Authority funding of £6,642,139, to take the approval to £8,562,139, of which:

·       a further £255,000 development costs are released now to support costs associated with land acquisition and procurement, taking the total development costs approved from £1,920,000 to £2,175,000

·       release of the remaining £6,387,139 is subject to conditions

(3) Approves that future approvals are made in accordance with the assurance pathway, approval route and tolerances as set out in the Business Case Summary attached to this report.
