RESOLVED: – That the Investment Board, with reference to 4.18 and 4.19 of the report:
- Approved that the West Yorkshire Sports Facilities Provision (3G Pitches) programme proceeds through Decision Point 1 (Strategic Assessment) and that work commences on the Programme Business Case.
- Approved development funding of up to £200,000 to progress the scheme to Decision Point 2 to 4 (Programme Business Case), taking the total scheme approval to £200,000.
- Approved that future approvals are made in accordance with the assurance pathway, approval route and tolerances set out in the Business Case Summary attached to the report.
