Home Energy West Yorkshire – Phase 2 Home Energy Loan Scheme

RESOLVED: – That the Investment Board, subject to conditions, and with reference to 4.13 of the report:

1. Approved that the Phase 2 Home Energy Loan Scheme proceeds through Decision Point 2 to 4 (Business Justification Case) and that work commences on Activity 5 (Delivery).

1. Approved the Combined Authority’s funding of £6,974,412. The total scheme cost is £6,974,412.

1. Approved that future approvals are made in accordance with the assurance pathway, approval route and tolerances set out in the Business Case Summary attached to the report.

Brighouse Flood Alleviation Scheme Phase 1

RESOLVED: – That the Investment Board, with reference to 4.30 of the report:

1. Approved the change request to the Brighouse Flood Alleviation Scheme to extend the scheme’s delivery timescales from 31 March 2026 to 31 March 2028.

1. Approved the change request to the Brighouse Flood Alleviation Scheme to reduce the scope of the scheme to remove the Phoenix Bridge element.

1. Approved that future approvals are made in accordance with the assurance pathway, approval route and tolerances set out in the Business Case Summary attached to the report.
