RESOLVED: – That the Investment Board, subject to conditions, and with reference to 4.13 of the report:

  1. Approved that the Phase 2 Home Energy Loan Scheme proceeds through Decision Point 2 to 4 (Business Justification Case) and that work commences on Activity 5 (Delivery).
  1. Approved the Combined Authority’s funding of £6,974,412. The total scheme cost is £6,974,412.
  1. Approved that future approvals are made in accordance with the assurance pathway, approval route and tolerances set out in the Business Case Summary attached to the report.
