RESOLVED: – That the Weaver Network Board:

1. Noted the contents of the report and the information it contained on the performance of the current bus network.

1. Considered what improvements over time Board members would like to consider regarding improved oversight of system-wide information, particularly in the context of implementing franchising under the Weaver Network.

1. Considered and shared any further areas of service delivery that members wished to see in future quarterly reports.
