Acquisition of the below sites from First Bus to support the development of the Combined Authorities Bus Franchising offer:

Depot Assets – Including all fixed assets within the depots required for the continued operation of the business
• Bowling Back Lane Depot, Bradford.
• Elmwood Garages Depot, Halifax.
• Old Fieldhouse Lane Depot, Huddersfield.
• Henconner Lane Depot, Bramley, Leeds.
• Donisthorpe Street Depot, Hunslet, Leeds.


Ancillary Facilities
• Novation of the lease for the Crew Room and Kitchen (Birdcage Bar), Bradford Interchange.
• Novation of the lease for Hunslet Park Car Park.
• Novation of the lease for Otley Bus Station.

Decision

Approval of the final price for negotiated agreement for the sites listed. Delegation of the Approval to Proceed document to the Transport Capital Programme Director.

Alternative sites were reviewed however were not deemed suitable.
