Made Smarter Professional and Business Services - Yorkshire and Humber (Pilot)

RESOLVED: That the Investment Board, subject to conditions and with reference to paragraph 4.16 of the report:

1. Approved the Made Smarter Professional and Business Services scheme progressing through Decision Point 2 to 4 (Business Justification Case) and the commencement of Activity 5 (Delivery).

1. Approved Combined Authority funding of £9,177,699, taking the total approved funding to £9,207,699. The total scheme cost was £9,207,699.

1. Approved that future approvals be made in accordance with the assurance pathway, approval route and tolerances set out in the Business Case Summary attached to the report.

Energy Transition and Security

RESOLVED: That the Investment Board, with reference to paragraph 4.31 of the report:

1. Approved the Energy Transition and Security scheme progressing through Decision Point 2 to 4 (Business Justification Case) and the commencement of Activity 5 (Delivery).

1. Approved additional Combined Authority funding of £1,250,000. The total scheme cost was £2,040,165.

1. Approved that future approvals be made in accordance with the assurance pathway, approval route and tolerances set out in the Business Case Summary attached to the report.
