RESOLVED: That the Investment Board, subject to conditions, in respect of the Region of Learning and Creativity (Strand 2):
- Approved that the Region of Learning and Creativity (Strand 2) scheme proceed through Decision Point 2 to 4 (Business Justification Case) and that work commence on Activity 5 (Delivery).
- Approved Combined Authority funding of £2,982,750, taking the total approved funding to £3,563,345. The estimated total scheme cost was £4,548,345.
- Approved that future approvals be made in accordance with the assurance pathway, approval route and tolerances set out in the Business Case Summary attached to the report.
Further resolved that the Investment Board, not subject to conditions, in respect of Region of Learning and Creativity (Strand 2):
- Approved development funding of £50,000 for the Targeted Work Experience Programme to enable the activity to progress to Decision Point 2 to 4 (Business Justification Case).
