The Governance and Audit Committee of West Yorkshire Combined Authority approved the minutes of its meeting held on 2 July 2026 on 8 October 2026. The committee resolved to exclude the public from discussions regarding the Data Protection Officer Report and the Risk Management Report. Officers were requested to review the use of exemptions for future reports and to provide an update on the PwC External Readiness Review at the next meeting.
