Purpose

As delegated at Cabinet on 22 April the
Director is to award 2 contracts for - Domestic Retrofit Programme
delivery of Works and Service, within the costs envelope of up to
£5.2m each for a period to 31/3/2028, following the
conclusion of a procurement exercise.

Local Grant for Lot 1 within Westmorland and Furness to
Procast Building Contractors Ltd,
estimated total value of £5.2m.
 
Award the contract for Domestic
Retrofit Programme delivery of Works and Service, for Warm Homes
Local Grant for Lot 2 within Cumberland to Next Energy, estimated
total value of £5.2m.
