Purpose

Additional
grant monies has been allocated to Wigan to enhance existing drug
and alcohol treatment services and meet the ambitions of the
Government Strategy 'From Harm to Hope'. This report outlines the
acceptance of the grant monies and associated contractual
arrangements that follow.
